Description

The stylishly furnished 1-room flat is located on the 1st floor of a quiet apartment block. It is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and the surrounding area. The cosy balcony facing the courtyard invites you to relax and linger. Enjoy an individual and varied holiday and relax in our inviting holiday flat.

The S-Bahn is 10 minutes away. With the S-Bahn you need 10 min to the city centre and approx. 30 min to Bad Schandau.

In the basement of the house you will find a washing machine belonging to the flat.

Travelling with a small child? We are happy to provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

Your dog is also very welcome in this flat. For your four-legged friend there is a one-off charge of 45.00 euros.

Kitchen

The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. There are two different coffee machines in our Wohnperle. One is a filter coffee machine. There is also a Cremesso capsule machine. Here you can prepare delicious espresso as well as normal coffee. We provide an initial stock of capsules (Lungo Crema & Espresso). The capsules are available from Netto.
